What if Kyle Busch accepted to be a  designated hitman and #11 used as backup to insure #17 became champ?
 
Plotting Planning a way to win in NASCAR is rather common and weathering the fallout just an afterthought.(Jail time has never happened)
 
The "Homestead Conspiracy"   ought to heighten interest and ratings, which is high on NASCAR's agenda.
 
If MW could be tied to it somehow,fans would buy that theory(no one would believe it was a  Gibbs thing). It would all blow over.( sooner or later.) 
 
 Tis likely  M&M's and Fedx would frown on such action if it was apparent. Could they make it look real?   

Lord help us if Danica   makes a "driver error" early on and collects #48 in her "rookie" season.

I am guessing you mean the #20...
But interesting thinking.
Like everyone else, I figure Jimmy will just get out there and 'ride around' the whole race.
Long story short the Championship is JJ to lose unless they have a mechanical failure or get into an accident.
One thing is for sure,... JJ will NOT put the car in any dangerous positions all day.
