| While the focus is all on the championship, the REAL story is the battle for 25th in points.  Danica, having run every race, is two points behind Mark Martin who ran a limited schedule for the 26th spot. She is 9 behind 'Gilligan' for the coveted 25th spot. 24th ain't gonna happen. She has to beat Mark Martin and David Gilliland today to have a chance. Can she do it? Will the media mention it? Nope.  | |

The 10 "team" is 28th in points with 622, the 11 "team" is 25th with 798, not happening.
