YH format is used. They do the work! Highest weekly score wins.  If tied, earliest entry wins or we could guess how many we will get right. What's fairest? 
Most W's win the seg. One winner per race is the NASCAR way.

  Like YH there are 3 segs 13 13 10 weeks. Each totally separate. No seasonal overalls here in Victory Lane.
  
  Prizes: A weekly prize is nice,  but, alas, is not available until someone has a great idea.  I did see where a U Pick'em game gives out a HARDEE's coupon each race.  Until something worthwhile appears, no weekly prize exists. Nice thought though.
  
  

         Weekly Tiebreaker starts at top group and move downward. But identical picks require a Final tiebreaker. ?? What now? Is Early entry best, or        would another way be better? Like guessing highest score with out going over. If still tied what then. One winner per race is the victory lane goal.

 A Segment Tiebreaker would use the last results that caused the tie, to determine winner. Fairness always rules.

 Fee or free? If we were reaching for YH status, free entry would ideal for the numbers game. But here at FRO, a fee of $10 for each segment feels right.   New segments insure fresh restarts for all.



       36 visits to Victory Lane= fun. 3 segment winners.  If 10 players=$100 to seg winner. (if 1,000 players, my cut is huge:afro: )

  Picks Carryover to next races or until out (sometimes folks forget or computer fails) At yh, groups do not change until segment ends.
  When a segment winner is determined, Losers pay  via Pay Pal, Snail Mail,etc. Failure means=   +  .
  
  

        For now, just guessing who makes the YH "A" group is challenge. Some real good car #'s will not make the "A" 

 2013 finishing order:  

"A" 48 20 4 18 88 24 15 22 16( likely 2014 A group)
I would rather see 22 2 5 11 in the mix, thus 4 24 15 16 would be B group...We await.
