I didn't watch it this time.
I decided to save myself the grief from watching all the commercials and useless programming.
If history tells me anything, it is that it likely was just another commercial fest.

Taped it and watched it last night.  The commercials I could zip through, but all the "I'd like to thank Brand X and Brand Y and Brand Z" (which was more than abundant) was getting old.  Feel asleep twice and didn't bother backing up to see what I missed.

I would liked to have watched it,but our Comcast provider didn't have FS2...
Which begs an answer to the question: Why in the hell would NASCAR let that happen..
Surely it can't be they wanted everyone to try and wade through nascar.com to watch bits and pieces of it..And of course its just like everything else they do,screw the fans..
Its as the old adage goes: "When you have a monopoly on something, you don't have to like, or care about anyone "

I'm still thinking over the next couple years NASCAR is going to shift all the races to some type of Pay Per View (or at least a Higher tier in our cable providers) so we'll end up having to pay to watch the races...
when that happens - I'm done.
