I don't understand why the owner doesn't want it and they want to burn it down.  Even if the inside had to be gutted to the frame it's still worth a small fortune.   ??????  Was it a meth lab?  Contaminated?

That seems to be a plausible reason Woods.
Hard to reason why otherwise unless the original construction was poor maybe.
Or maybe the new person/entity having control really hates Jeremy and wants NO memory of what took place there or doesn't want fans/ tourists dropping by to see etc.
I dunno.
A good house IS a good house though.

Sticks and stones may break some bones, but to do a house, you need a bulldozer and a lawyer.
