Naturally I'd like to believe this means we're getting closer to bringing a Cup race to my "home" track but I doubt it's that simple.

yeah, the release stated this didn't mean they meant to race CUP there any time soon... BUT I have to think if they bought it, they plan to bring another race to ISC, and take one away from someplace else.
