MWR still "young"?

Maybe some of you have seen this article in this morning's paper about Clint Boywer and MWR.
One thing that I still hear Mikey say is that they are still a young team.
Even Clint spreads the meme again in the article.

How many years more are they going to call themselves "a young organization"?
Sorry Mikey and Clint, but MWR was formed in 1995 and went Cup racing for real in 2007.
Almost 6 years of Cup racing hardly qualifies your team as "young".
They seem to like to lean on that as if it gives them some kind of leeway for being idiots.
